Bradley Russell – Operations & Marketing Coordinator

Bradley Russell brings 10 years of experience in operations, strategic planning, reporting, and data analysis in both nonprofit and mission-driven organizations to her role as Maine MEP’s Operations and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, Bradley is responsible for monitoring the center’s economic impact and operationalizing strategy to ensure future growth. She is the project lead overseeing and updating Maine MEP’s marketing presence and is responsible for designing and implementing campaigns and special events to increase the center’s visibility.
Working with the board of directors and senior leadership, Bradley continually adapts and fine tunes the Center’s strategic plan to fulfill Maine MEP’s mission of providing business and technical assistance to manufacturers in the state. Bradley also manages the federal reporting process, coordinating with the Center’s Project Managers and Project Support Specialist to ensure that Maine MEP is meeting or exceeding the performance metrics set by our federal sponsor.
Prior to joining the Maine MEP team, Bradley coordinated the Maine Center for Entrepreneur’s Top Gun program in Waterville, Maine focused on food, beverage, and agricultural companies. She coordinated the weekly learning sessions; recruiting speakers, assisting with curriculum development, and matching participants with mentors from the local business community.
Bradley’s experience also includes her work with High Mowing Organic Seeds in Wolcott, and Oke USA Fruit Company, the produce division of Equal Exchange. Bradley’s responsibilities included purchasing, pricing, inventory, process improvement, logistics and sales. Bradley currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Oké USA Fruit Company. A graduate of the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon, she holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in entrepreneurship and sustainable business practices. Bradley previously earned a BA from Colby College.
